1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of food products, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards. Therefore:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products are not eligible for return.

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect items.

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging.


2. Return Request Process

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

  3. Mention your order ID and issue details.

3. Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • The amount will be credited within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.


4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used food products

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

  • Orders placed with incorrect address or contact details

  • Delayed delivery caused by courier partners


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 working days.
