At Hitarva, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of food products, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards. Therefore:
Opened, used, or partially consumed products are not eligible for return.
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect items.
The product must be unused and in original packaging.
2. Return Request Process
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please follow these steps:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
Mention your order ID and issue details.

3. Refund Policy
Once your return request is approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
The amount will be credited within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
Opened or used food products
Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
Orders placed with incorrect address or contact details
Delayed delivery caused by courier partners
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 working days.
